NEW CLIENTS

I was hoping to not have to do this, but with the increased number of last minute large color cancellations as well as no call/no shows has forced me to make a few changes. Please read the following carefully and please feel free to contact me with any further questions. -ALL new color clients will be required to schedule online/via phone - not on facebook messenger, Instagram, email or text message. -When scheduling you will be REQUIRED to provide your credit card information to schedule ANY color service. By providing this information you are agreeing to be charged 50% of the scheduled services that are NOT cancelled with 24 hours notice, VIA PHONE / 100% of scheduled services for no call/no show appointments. -All new color clients are required to send a current photo and desired photo of their hair or come in for a complimentary consulation prior to scheduling a color service.

ALL Color appointments: -If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason the only way to do so is by calling the salon, cancellations will no longer be accepted via social media or text message.

-If you cancel without 24 hour notice, or no call/no show an appointment one time, you will then be required to leave a $25 deposit to reserve any future appointments. The $25 will be applied towards your services at next visit.
